Brand New Machine

We are delighted to announce acquiring a new Double Bubble Co-extrusion Line in partnership with GAP Srl, the Italian extrusion film line manufacturer.

This extremely efficient Double Bubble Machine will be installed in Rotografia Misr in the beginning of 2019. Its high level of automation insures more productivity and less waste. It delivers high quality POF shrink film with thickness ranging from 9 to 30 microns. It will expand our capacity to reach 220-240 ton/ month of POF. Signing the contract was followed by the visit of Mr. Giovanni Stocchetti, Director of Sales and Marketing at GAP Srl, who presented the newest trends of the high barrier films.

Furthermore, we seek to obtain the triple bubble machine in the future to acquire the new technology and expand our products’ range.

We are delighted to celebrate one year of successful partnership based on a win-win perspective, Rotografia Misr is accompanying Hammoudeh, Jordan Valley for Animal Development Company to increase its efficiency and move towards environmentally friendly approach.

While Hammoudeh is choosing Polyolefin Shrink Film for table egg packaging, replacing the non-recyclable PVC material, Rotografia misr is providing the fully automatic wrapping machine PRATIKA 56MPE by minipack®-torre with excellent productivity and maximum performance

Sustainability is a major concern for Roto group. We constantly look for new technologies to reduce our environmental impact and make a significant change in the business practices.

In the light of this commitments, Rotografa Egypt is proud to acquire a brand-new machine for plastic recycling. For this, Rotografia approached Pure Loop company from EREMA, the global market leader in waste and plastic recycling systems.

With an output of 300 kg per hour, this top-level machine will allow to produce clean and high-quality plastic pallets that can be re-introduced in the production cycle and therefor, reach further optimization.
